Ron Paul is now in 3rd place for “Cash on hand”
While Ron still has significantly less money then Rudy and Mitt, there is no doubt that he is on the up-slope.
IMHO there is very little chance that Rudy will get elected, there are simply too many people that dislike him, and a large portion of Mitt’s money is from his own pocket.
Ron Paul has a large base of “fanatical” supporters and doesn’t need 100 million to win the republican nomination. While the others have to pay for the majority of their support, Ron’s support comes at a very low cost, as its the supporters who are shouldering the cost.
True to his beliefs in small government, Ron empowers the people to make change, rather then taxing them to death then poorly/inefficiently spending their money to govern others to make those same changes.
GO RON!

One thing to add, Jarrod — Romney’s numbers are only at $12 mil now because he’s loaned himself $9 mil so far. If he hadn’t, he and Paul would be neck and neck.
Actually one other thing: Paul has many thousands of self-organizing, unofficial, unpaid but highly motivated volunteers through meetup and other groups. They are highly coordinated and getting moreso and require no money at all from Paul’s campaign. I don’t know how you put a dollar number on that but I bet Giuliani would trade his $18 mil for it.
